Biography

Kasun Kalhara is an Australia-based professional MC, event host, speaker and TV/radio presenter, known as The Master of Oratory and The Golden Voice.

With more than 250 events behind him, from weddings and gala nights to corporate functions, awards ceremonies, conferences, workshops, community festivals and sporting occasions, he brings warmth, timing and polished English delivery to every stage.

Kasun works closely with organisers on run sheets and scripting, reads the room with ease, and keeps every programme flowing smoothly so guests stay engaged from the first welcome to the final farewell.

  • Lectern with a reading light for evening or low-light events
  • Clear, safe stage access with steps or a ramp at the side
  • Timing clock or confidence monitor for conferences
  • Slide clicker when presentations are part of the programme

Briefing & timing

  • Final run sheet, VIP names and pronunciations at least 5 days before
  • Sound check and stage walk-through 45 minutes before doors open
  • One point of contact on the day for timing and programme changes

On the day

  • Still water at the lectern or side of stage
  • A quiet space to prepare before going on
